The magic is in the straps: 4 tie straps (2 on each shoulder) that you can tie as bows, wrap around the shoulders, or style as a halter, one-shoulder or strapless effect. You decide the look each time you wear it. The bodice is fully shirred / smocked at the waist to snatch you in comfortably, flowing into a full, voluminous flare that skims beautifully to the floor.
